When I was 12 my Dad tried to tell me Gomer Pyle was an amazing singer. I laughed and laughed and I totally thought he was joking. Then I saw a commercial featuring his KTel Greatest Hits compilation. I thought it was parody. But it wasn't. Years later I was in a thrift store and bought a copy. It's actually pretty good....I like this version of Sunshine better than Stevie's anyway.....
